Songs of Sleep started as an exploration by Akash Narendran and Deepthi Bhaskar, to bring lullabies and performance together. The show consists of both traditional and contemporary musical interpretations, of songs from across India that invites one to pause. The duo have woven their intention of care without much fanfare into the production - it is one that centers an invitation to rest. Songs of Sleep has had over 30 shows. This is their third at Offstage. Come rest, listen and get lost in the cozy embrace of their beautiful voices.
