'Do Yourself a Favour: Dial Up the Pleasure' When was the last time you made pleasure a priority? Somewhere between work, responsibilities, routines and everything life demands of us, we often forget to make space for intimacy, connection and simply feeling good. But pleasure isn't frivolous. What if it's an essential part of living a healthier, fuller life? Join us for 'The Living Room Sessions', an intimate and open conversation with 'Dr. Chaitra Rao', a cognitive neuroscientist, PhD in Psychology and internationally certified intimacy coach. Together, we'll explore the science of pleasure, our relationship with our bodies, and why intimacy and well-being deserve more space in our everyday lives. Expect an insightful talk, curious questions, and a little tea and conversation afterwards. No prior knowledge needed. Just bring your curiosity. Date: Saturday, 31st October 2026 Time: 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM Venue: JustBooks, Indiranagar, Bangalore **Open to everyone aged 18 and above.** Limited spots, to keep the gathering intimate. **To reserve your spot:** WhatsApp 8095190255 Come curious. Leave with something to think about, and perhaps a little more permission to prioritise yourself.
